Transforming IWM London Phase 2 Basebuild and Non-Gallery Spaces Works

The Contractor will be creating shells for the new Second World War Gallery (SWWG) and new The Holocaust Gallery (THG), 2 fully fitted-out learning spaces on Level 1 and Level 2 of the Museum, upgrading the HVAC services to a storage area on Level 2 and a refurbished toilet block, also on Level 2 of the Museum.At present, the works are scheduled to run from January 2019 until December 2020. Timeframes and completion dates for specific sections within that period will vary.A pre-procurement briefing / consultation process will take place, and is detailed in the additional information section. Please note this is ONLY applicable to the basebuild and non-gallery spaces works tender.
