This procurement is to establish a framework of contractors to undertake a range of Discovery, design, development and support services for Yorkshire & Humber (Y&H) health, local authority and "blue-light" organisations.The requirements under the Framework consist of: * Business analysis/Discovery to produce recommendations for change (organisational, people, process and/or technical). * Product design, development and testing. * Delivery and ongoing support of the Product, or hand-over with knowledge transfer and appropriate documentation to Y&H organisations to support. These services could be required as part of a full development lifecycle or may form discrete pieces of work (for example in the case of business analysis/Discovery or design). The services may be required as part of a joint Customer and Contractor team.
