• First of all, log in to your Tenderbase dashboard and then click the Pipeline tab.

• Now, hover over the icons on the left side of the screen to get the DPS or Framework Pipeline. 

•  As you can see, both the DPS and Framework Pipelines are available here. Select the pipeline that you want to get into.

• Since we’ve selected the DPS pipeline, you can now view all the available DPS contracts. There are 114 tenders available in the following example.
• Simply click on your preferred tender to view the details related to that tender. 

• Selecting a tender will provide you with essential information about that tender. This detailed information will help you in strategic decision-making. 

Both the DPS and Framework Pipelines provide comprehensive details for each contract, including:

• Description: A detailed overview of the contract’s scope.
• Published Date: When the original tender was published.
• Tender Awarded Information: Supplier details and award date.
• Contract Start and End Date: The precise duration of the agreement.
• Estimated Renewal Date: The anticipated date for contract renewal or a new tender.
• Tender Regions, CPV Codes, Keywords: Essential classification and search terms.
• Workflows: Insights into the Stages of the Procurement Process.
• Status & Procedure: Such as Awarded or Open.
• Suitability: Indicates if it’s Suitable for SME (Yes/No) and if it’s Nationwide (Yes/No).
• Detailed Information: Notice Type, Tender Identifier, Tenderbase ID, and Value ranges.
• Buyer Information: Name, address, website, and key decision-makers.
• Procurement Contact: Name, phone, and email for direct inquiries.
