Position Overview:

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our company. You would be responsible for implementing effective strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, markets and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners.
  • Increase the business revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) in bid writing, tendering field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
