Every day, local and central government need products and services to run smoothly. From supplying plastic forks to hospitals to providing pest control services to schools. All of these requests for business are required by law to offer by tender.
This is where businesses come in. If you think your business could supply the product or service that is being requested then you could submit a formal bid for the tender.
A formal bid is when you formally write a submission document letting the organisation know about your company and how you could supply the goods or service and how much it would cost. Eventually, the organisation picks the one that most closely matches their request.
We currently search and add between 500-600 tenders per day and provide notifications for businesses.
By registering your business and the categories and locations in which you could work, Tenderbase will notify you when you get a tender match. We will save you time by doing all the searching ourselves.
You will receive notifications at the time of what you set in your settings page from the categories, locations and tender value range you choose. If you do not set your time then we will send 2 tender email notifications per day. Apart from this, we will also send email when your competitor wins any tender or your specific buyer has published any new tender.
For pricing please check our pricing page.
We are in a monthly based payment system. So, yes, if you buy a yearly plan then we will refund you for the unused months but a small admin fee is required.
Of course! No matter which Tenderbase plan you’re using, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.
