At Tenderbase, we are always looking to refine and improve our service offering to you to make what can be a tedious and drawn out process as seamless and intuitive as possible.

So, we are pleased to announce that Tenderbase is now able to integrate with Microsoft Teams!

What does this mean?

This means that our users are now able to receive notifications direct to a unique Teams group of specified individuals that will alert them to any tenders that have been released matching the parameters the user chooses to set out (which can of course be changed at any time). 

Instead of having to log-in to Tenderbase or e-mail to see what tenders have been released matching a users specification, users will automatically receive notifications to their Teams channel with a brief summary of the Tender details, thus, allowing the user to decide whether it is worth investing time in exploring the tender further or not.

The Teams group can have as many users as required and regardless of whether all group members have access to the Tenderbase platform, they will still be able to see the Tender and the summary details.

You can also have individual teams groups for individual categories.

How do I set this up?

The Teams integration process is done via an API and we have created a step by step guide to set this up that should take no more than ten minutes. Alternatively, we will also do this for you as part of the on-boarding process if you are a UK & Ireland package user.
