This service relates to the purchase of an integrated drug and alcohol recovery-oriented treatment system for adults in the London Borough of Bexley. The services will include provision for criminal justice adult service users from arrest to recovery within an Integrated Offender Management framework and will work in partnership with Bexley’s substance misuse service for young people.Services will be delivered for residents of the London Borough of Bexley in a range of community settings incorporating the following service elements:Access, engagement, early intervention, and prevention (including provision of needle exchange)Specialist community treatmentRecovery, reintegration, and relapse prevention (including housing and education, training and employment support, and aftercare)Tier 4 – residential detox placement, residential rehab placement – spot purchase of placementsThe Service will work proactively with partners as part of a broader system of effective integrated pathways and packages of care to ensure that anyone affected by problem alcohol and drug use can access the right support at the right time.
