An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Framework Agreement with one provider to meet its requirements for the Provision of Cardboard Pallet Boxes It is anticipated that the Single Framework Agreement will commence in Q4 2019 and continue for a period of 1 year with an option to extend the Contract for a period/s up to a further 2 years. Pallet Box Number 1: Cardboard Pallet Box Number 1 will comprise of a separate Lid, separate Base and Sleeve. Lid: Internal Dimensions 1177 x 788 x 126 – Material B/C Double Wall Base: Internal Dimensions 1163 x 768 x 125 – Material B/C Double Wall Sleeve: Internal Dimensions 1133 x 738 x 1010 – Material Triwall AAA Lid Unit and Base Unit feature stapling at each of the 4 corners and the whole unit shall be presented and assembled as a one piece with the sleeve securely folded within the Lid and Base unit. Pallet Box Number 2: Cardboard Pallet Box Number 2 will have an open top. To one front face of the pallet box there will be one access area perforated (or similar) positioned approx. 30cm in from left top edge and 30cm in from right top edge on top horizontal and approx. 30cm deep. (This removable portion will allow for staff to cleanly remove the section and reach into low level of pallet box in a safe fashion to remove parcel items at floor level of pallet box).
