Short Description of Tender: Civic Building Maintenance and Minor Works to Civic Buildings, Depots and ancillary buildings for South Dublin County Council Lot 1 and Lot 2The Framework Agreement will be issued for a period of 2 years (the Framework Period), SDCC reserves the right to extend the framework period year on year for a further 2 years, for a maximum duration of 4 years or a limit of €2m per Lot whichever is reached first.Lot 1 – CIVIC General Maintenance Contractor.The typical value range for these contracts would be €250 - €10,000 (excl.
