The refurbishment of the Tax Savers offices will address external and internal water ingress building fabric issues, life expired building fabric, poor air quality and non-compliant M+E services internally in IÉ Tax Savers offices and external Heritage repairs to External Façades at Connolly Station Protected Structure which is a National Monument. The project will complete the Works in compliance with Conservation methodology/ DCC Planning permission Conservation conditions, Building Regulations as applicable, Mechanical & Electrical Regulations and best codes of practice.
