Descriptions

ESPO, in collaboration with YPO, is seeking to establish a national framework agreement with a number ofsuppliers for the provision of consultancy services. Whilst ESPO/YPO’s existing Consultancy Services framework predominantly covers a range of consultancy areas specific to local government needs, it is intended that the new framework will be expanded to include new areas of consultancy which are required across the entire UK public sector. The framework will therefore consist of a range of lots to reflect the different consultancy services required; market engagement over the next few months shall however determine the actual services covered. As Central Purchasing Bodies as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions ofthe UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act ofthe Scottish Parliament. Full details of the classification of end user establishments and geographical areas is available on: http://www.espo.org/About-us-%281%29/FAQs/Legal. The framework will be divided into the following lots: Lot 1 – Auditing, Lot 2 - Asset Management and Delivery, Lot 3 - Business Continuity and Resilience, Lot 4 - Community Research and Engagement, Lot 5 - Education and Learning, Lot 6 - Environmental and Sustainability, Lot 7 - Facilities Management, Lot 8 – Finance, Lot 9 - Food and Catering, Lot 10 - Health and Safety, Lot 11 - Highways, Transport and Logistics, Lot 12 - Housing and Housing Support, Lot 13 - Leisure, Culture and Heritage, Lot 14 - Marketing, Communications and PR, Lot 15 - Planning, Valuation and Infrastructure, Lot 16 - Regeneration and Regional Development, Lot 17 - Revenues and Benefits, Lot 18 - Social Care (Adults), Lot 19 - Social Care (Children), Lot 20 - Treasury Management, Lot 21 - Waste and Recycling.
