Newcastle City Learning is funded by the Skills Funding Agency and Education Agency and delivers adult learning opportunities. Newcastle City Learning is looking to set up a contract with one provider to register the room on the voluntary register with OFSTED and provide a crèche service for Westgate College, NE4 9LU. This service has been provided for a number of years by Footsteps to Ashfield, however we have now reached the financial thresholds and must go back out to tender
