The building consists of an empty commercial space on the ground floor and 2 vacant 2 bedroom flats on the first and second floors Briefly the scope of the works is for the structural repair of the roof; re-building of parapets; re-building of northern elevation down to first floor level; repair and replacement of decorative plasterwork; masonry repairs; external decoration; structural repairs and reinforcement using Helifix system to tie floors to the walls; replacement of 20 windows; internal strip out of shop unit and refurbishment to shell and core condition. Repairs to the 2 flats (all the internal finishes, decoration and electrical repairs) which have been subsequently removed.
