People Deliverable 2: Document outlining to end process documentation for tactical stakeholder engagement support, including the 'package' that is available (WoW, reporting and managing expectations) Toolkit Deliverable 3: Document outlining stakeholder mapping and segmentation by 9 x portfolios, mapping interrelations and strategic dependencies. Deliverable 4: Stakeholder playbook (including narrative) for one selected stakeholder group. Deliverable 5: Document outlining best practice for stakeholder engagement, including templates and frameworks. Strategy Deliverable 6: Internal team teach-in outlining best practice advice to drive stakeholder outcomes, interlinked strategies and how to develop live strategies that can be measured and evaluated.
