SOLAS is now seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies to work with us to develop and Project Manage the Implementation of a People Strategy, to include Recruitment Policy and Timeline, Setting out a Predetermined Process from Requisition Request to First Day On boarding. Please note SOLAS does have a project team in place (Organisational Development Team and HR Team).The successful tenderer will be required to:1.Develop an overarching people strategy for SOLAS2.Using recently reviewed documentation, develop a recruitment policy, 3.Ensure that the Performance review system currently under development by SOLAS aligns with all internal systems, including on boarding, recruitment, probation. 4.Identify, develop and deliver training needs package to ensure successful implementation of recruitment process, for example, writing job descriptions, interview skills, shortlisting skills, etc.
