To replace 2 prefabs with one permanent structure. The new building should be located close to our main building. We have some parking issues and this new structure should help to alleviate some of these issues. We have breakfast club and any new construction project would have to cater for this to continue during any building works. A new entrance is also needed due to ongoing health and safety issues entering and exiting the school. As this project is the projected first phase of future buildings works, a strategy/plan would have to be put in place. This plan would have to include any future buildings that would impact in the future. Finally the BOM will acquire the services of a professional to liaise with the school authority regarding design/location and any other variable that may arise.
