Descriptions
To establish a multi supplier framework with national coverage offering Energy Assessment Services to meet the requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, as well as energy surveying in general, to ensure customers are fully compliant with the legislation. The framework is split into five Lots that reflect the provisions of the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) Regulations 2013 including any further applicable amendment and relevant regulations, along with other relevant services:— Lot 1: Provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs);— Lot 2: Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DECs);— Lot 3: Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems;— Lot 4: Other Energy Related Surveys;— Lot 5: Provision of Energy Assessor Training and Accreditation.
