Descriptions
The proposed works with include removing an existing roof, building up external walls, reinstating roof at higher level and creating a new classroom by utilizing the existing hollow-core floor that was previously constructed directly under the existing roof. The proposed works will include incorporating an enclosed staircase with 30min protected separation construction. Works will include the installation of a new 26Kw Kerosene fired boiler to supplement the existing boiler. Works will include all finishes as shown including Electrical Mechanical installation, plastering and Joinery.
