For the delivery of specialist learning opportunities for 16-19 year olds by external partners.Newcastle City Council is committed to delivering high quality foundation level (Entry Level up to Level 2) Study Programmes for 16-19 year olds. Within the Study Programme, providers will also have the opportunity to deliver the new Traineeship.We wish to engage learning providers who can demonstrate evidence of experience of providing services of a similar size and nature, with an excellent track record of achievement coupled with quality assurance, reliability and flexibility.Learning must be delivered at varying times including mornings, afternoons, evenings and possibly weekends.The Framework will be for 10 months (with 2 x 12 month options to extend) up to a maximum 34 months.
