The Council has identified a need to measure hand arm vibrations (HAV) in order access and manage risk easily and effectively. The Health and Safety team supported by information from other local councils has helped us identify the need for wrist-based equipment with the adequate technology to measure HAV. The purpose of this market engagement is to explore available options, understand the market and its complexities while also gauging interest.
