Newcastle City Council is seeking to appoint a range of partners to a housing partnership framework panel to bring forward development of new affordable homes and the refurbishment of existing properties in Newcastle. The panel will also be available for use by Northumberland County Council, North Tyneside Council and other local authorities via an access agreement should they wish to use it.The framework will be split into 3 lots:— Lot 1: Registered provider lot,— Lot 2: Developer and house builder lot and— Lot 3: Developer and contractor lot.
