Kylemore Abbey requires a cloud-based system that will either integrate with their existing Retail Integration (Meridian) epos system to provide ticketing/crm/marketing/membership/group booking OR a system that can provide all of: ticketing (online & onsite); CRM; Membership; Group booking; epos/e-commerce functionality within a single system. Kylemore Abbey is not recording all customer information in one system and require the ability to collect data and sales data direct into the CRM/ticketing/epos system both online and offline so that contact/sales/communications data is held in one place.The CRM/Ticketing/Epos system must have the ability to process Memberships/Loyalty Card, Donations, collect a high level of communication information and record entry sales/merchandise/café and other interactions The CRM & ticketing system should allow greater opportunities for recording more detailed customer information and to use this to upsell and cross sell both through email marketing campaigns and online.Support, training & references from other similar users is key in making an informed decision on selection of an appropriate CRM/Ticketing system. On-site support for go live so that all goes to plan is also vital.Reporting is problematic and it is important to have the ability to easily find out, for example, who is attending the venue and when, year-on-year comparison, visitor demographics. A KPI dashboard would be useful for easily extracting information, especially if it could be exported directly into PowerPoint.
