Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) is commissioning an approved supplier list for Adult Education Budget Provision (entry level — level 2). Learning will be targeted at meeting local well-being and employment priorities. CELL is funded as lead body for Adult Education Budget provision and will sub-contract work under this funding stream. Providers must meet the eligibility criteria to be appointed to the list, which can be used by Cheshire East Council & its wholly/partly owned companies for 12 months. The list will be opened via The Chest 3 times (min) to appoint new providers to the list, although this is no guarantee of any volume of work. Unsuccessful providers may re-apply 3 times (max). Call-offs occur outside of The Chest as per criteria. CELL reserves the right to negotiate on bids post acceptance onto the list. The budget is £495 000 across all lots. Providers must complete & submit responses via the Chest — ref DN125012. Submission times will vary.
