This commission seeks to engage a competent and experiencedWind Testing Laboratory to undertake and report on a regime ofWind Tunnel Tests of a cable stayed bridge and rolling basculeopening span. The laboratory will be required to carry out windclimate analysis and several wind tunnel tests of the deck and theower to assess the aerodynamic behaviour of the structure, suchas sectional model tests and assessment of wind shieldingefficiency. The laboratory is required to issue a report on the results.
