Essex County Council (ECC) organises and manages a number of driver/rider offender retraining courses on behalf of Essex Police National Driver Offender Re-training — (NDORS):— National Speed Awareness (NSAC);— National Driver Alertness (NDAC);— National Speed Awareness (20 mph);— What's Driving Us (WDU);— Driving for Change (D4C);— Rider Intervention and Developing Experience (RIDE);— Any future retraining courses introduced by NDORS.These courses are offered as an alternative to prosecution in certain circumstances and clients can book on the relevant course either by phone or online.ECC wishes to procure a hosted online booking service which is managed, secure and a resilient system, which enables continuity of service to clients in Essex.The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.
