Descriptions
NMBI wishes to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of between 10 and 15 legal assessors.The legal assessor's duties consist of advising on questions of law as to evidence or procedure arising in the proceedings before them and to advise on the drafting of decisions in accordance with the Act. The legal assessors play no part in the Fitness to Practice Committee (FTPC) decision making. In order to avoid any perception of bias, legal assessors may not represent any parties in the proceedings before the FTPC.
