The contract will run for an initial term of five (5) years wit the option for the Council to further extend for three (3) + three (3) + one (1) + one (1) year + one (1) year at a time, up to a maximum of fourteen (14) years.The scope of contract relates primarily to housing stock and include electrical related works/services to any Council school building and social care properties as and when required. The works comprise domestic re-wires; testing of electrical circuits; installation of door entry services; fire alarms; sprinklers and the like; cyclical services and call-outs to electrically based communal systems.
