Descriptions

Replacement of the existing roof membrane on the two combined prefabricated structures with a new Paralon roof membrane comprising base coat and top coat. Replacement of existing external doors and windows. Remediation works to the external walls. Remediation works to external timber fascias and trims. Electrical inspection and certification of same. Plumbing inspection and certification of same. Installation of a new fire alarm system and certification of same. Installation of a height restrictor below the existing low hanging cable crossing the site.
