This is a short soft market test to engage the market before we look to publish to ensure our approach is suitable for the market.r r The Council, working with our local district Council partners, is looking to provide a business support programme to encourage, engage, support, teach skills to local businesses new, and existing with the East Cambridge, South Cambridge and Huntingdonshire areas. The outcome is to help improve the business opportunities and success of the local businesses in these areas during these difficult times. r We are looking for a suitable consultancy provider to delivery such a programme through various formats, engaging and meeting various key targets for each area.
