Descriptions
The Authority intends to establish a 3 year collaborative framework agreement (with provision to extend for one further year) to select and appoint three (3) Framework Suppliers to provide a Design and Technical Service, to support the delivery of a wide range of building projects.The scope of the Framework Agreement is to provide a wide range, type and complexity of construction projects. The Framework Suppliers for Design and Technical Services shall provide a fully managed multi-disciplinary approach for the development of construction projects including new build or refurbishment, specialist systems (e.g. CCTV installations, fire detection upgrading, etc.) and major maintenance services (including such as mechanical plant replacement).
