ESPO is working on behalf of Leicestershire County Council, Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council to procure a framework for the provision of residential rehabilitation services for adults with substance misuse needs throughout the country. The Councils are taking a collaborative approach to commissioning these services.Service Providers will be required to provide structured, evidence based, abstinence programmes according to assessed need including preparation towards social re-integration and living in the wider community.The requirement is divided into the following lots:Lot 1 — Residential Rehabilitation,Lot 2 — Specialist Residential Rehabilitation,Lot 2.1 — Family Units,Lot 2.2 — Single Sex,Lot 2.3 — Dual-Diagnosis,Lot 2.4 — Other specialist areas.
