The supply of fresh fruit and vegetables to the Houses of the Oireachtas Catering Facilities.These goods will be supplied to the Oireachtas Catering Facilities located in Leinster House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2. Tenderers should note that there is no guarantee of any volume, value or frequency of services under this contract. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament (Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann), and the administration and management of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”) (further information is available at www.oireachtas.ie).This competition relates to a Multi-Party Framework Agreement (Cascade System), which once established entitles the successful tenderers to be considered for all contracts and supply orders within the defined scope of the framework agreement. This will involve the Contracting Authority approaching the highest-ranked framework member with a request to supply the goods in question. If unavailable, the next ranked framework member will be approached.
