ESPO is seeking to establish a national framework agreement (reference 257_16) for the supply of street lighting columns, traffic signal posts and street lighting equipment. The framework is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Metal Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 14622000 : Steel Lot 2: Wooden Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 34928210 : Wooden posts Lot 3: Fibreglass / Composite Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 14830000 : Fibreglass Lot 4: Traffic Signal Posts and associated items 34942100 : Signal posts Lot 5: Street Lighting Equipment and associated items 34928500 : Street-lighting equipment 31000000 : Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; Lighting 31711150 : Electrical capacitors 31500000 : Lighting equipment and electric lamps Full details on Lots are provided in the Invitation to Tender. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
