Descriptions
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) requires a company to supply and deliver track access units which have been approved for use on the European Rail Network. Proof of Approval is required as part of the application process.The requirement of such units is to ensure a safe and easy access and egress into the track formation renewals by Road Rail Plant.The system will need to be quick and easy to install by hand and will also need to allow the safe and smooth passage of plant, whilst also preventing the rail head from being damaged.The successful contractor will also be required to provide full technical and installation support to IE.
