01301 Supply and Maintenance of Energy Efficient In-Cell Televisions.

The scope of this Contract is for all SPS Sites. The SPS may add or remove new prisons or buildings during the Contract Term. The private prisons HMP Kilmarnock and HMP Addiewell are not included in the scope of the Contract. It should be noted that this Contract shall be made available to Prisons located in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (via Ministry of Justice Commercial and Contract Management Directorate and Northern Ireland Prison Service known hereafter as a ‘Party’). During the Contract Term the supplier shall provide the same Goods and Services under the same terms and conditions.The Supplier shall supply and deliver colour, energy efficient televisions with in-built DVD for use in the Prison environment. The size of the screen will be a minimum of 19 inches. The SPS's Sites will directly call-off the Goods as and when required. Historically, SPS usually requires 1 500 TVs annually; however, the SPS is a flexible estate with prisoner numbers continually changing.The Establishments will be ordering Goods in varying quantities throughout the Contract Term and demand volumes will vary between individual Establishments. The SPS will not guarantee annual volumes for individual Goods throughout its Sites.
