Uisce Éireann (UÉ) intends to undertake a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to Supply & Deliver Chairs, Furniture & Stationery.Chairs & FurnitureThe scope of the requirements is the provision of both goods and services: (Refer to RFI document for full details)Chairs FurnitureStoragePods and Booths – 1 person phone booths, 2-person pod, 4 person podFF&E – Monitor arms, desk lamps, fixed whiteboards, mobile whiteboard, hat and coat stands, artificial plantingBespoke joinery items – Reception desk, collaboration spaces, tiered seating, booth seating, etc.Working from home items – Sit stand desk convertors, chairs, etc.Purchasing of non-framework items Provision of servicesStationeryThe scope of the requirement is the provision of stationery, printed stationery, and general, non-ICT Office Supplies to Uisce Éireann in a cost effective, efficient and qualitative manner. The main items to be supplied includes general office stationery including printed stationery (Letters, compliment slips, business cards), paper, envelopes, pens, staplers, note pads, folders, rulers, dividers, highlighters and all other normal stationery requirements. (Refer to RFI document for full details)The purpose of this RFI is to investigate and ascertain from the market potential solutions to service this requirement. In advance of a procurement activity, Uisce Éireann is conducting a market sounding exercise to understand what is available in the market and will suit its needs. This PIN notice is intended to find interested parties who wish to engage with Uisce Éireann in this exercise.Uisce Éireann may invite up to six interested parties with proven experience in these services to present and show case their offering in a workshop in the Uisce Éireann Head Office in Dublin, Ireland. Further details on the workshop will be provided to selected parties.
