Descriptions
The required works comprise the upgrade of ceiling, walls and existing ceiling services, comprising a full upgrade of pipework (heating and cooling), air conditioning and heating, as specified in the documents contained in Volume B of the Invitation to Tender documentation. The Contracting Auhtority intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced mechanical engineering contractor as the lead party with overall responsibility for all aspects of the works.
