The Housing Agency is seeking to engage a qualified Consultant/Consultancy team to undertake baseline habitat and biodiversity surveys on a number of the sites under its remit. It is not intended that the baseline survey is either exhaustive or comprehensive but will provide an assessment of the baseline biodiversity value of the sites, their most appropriate management and inform what further actions are required. In addition, the consultant will be asked to provide site-specific management recommendations to ensure that biodiversity aspects of the site are protected, and where possible, improved.
