Overview of Physical EnvironmentThe Housing Agency is the owner of two adjoining Georgian buildings, numbers 53 and 54 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2. The Agency has a long-term lease for number 52 Mount Street Upper. The Agency uses these buildings as office accommodation. Number 52, 53 and 54 Upper Mount Street are all included on the record of protected structures under the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022. The Housing Agency is mindful of our role as custodians of three Georgian buildings and the importance of preserving our architectural heritage and as such have recently procured architectural and other design services to act as an architectural advisor in relation to any works carried out to our buildings.Overview of Digital EnvironmentThe Housing Agency has a total of 11 websites it manages. Each will require a review of its accessibility in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies and a comprehensive recommendation of required actions to meet accessibility requirements. Overview of PublicationsThe Housing Agency develops numerous publications relating to housing research, education and training, guidance for local authorities and Approved Housing Bodies.
