The Contracting Authority invites tenders in relation to a framework for the provision of Building Management Systems Mechanical and Electrical consultancy services with ability to apply environmental management measures at six EPA office locations. The EPA Headquarters and Regional Inspectorate Buildings are situated throughout the country in six different locations:• Wexford (Headquarters);• Dublin;• Cork;• Kilkenny;• Castlebar;• Monaghan.The successful tenderer will be required (but not limited) to assist with 4 stages of this multi-year project at six EPA office locations:•Review•Design •Tender•Oversee Installation
