Tamworth Borough Council sought a suitably qualified gas and electrical auditing Contractor for the provision of third party quality audits and technical support relating to a domestic gas / heating contract and a domestic electrical installation and works contract. The term of the contract is fixed for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 successive periods of 1 year.With an estimated contract value below 50 000 GBP per annum, a single provider of the services was considered most appropriate to efficiently manage all elements of the contract and to ensure site visits are carefully coordinated to minimise any inconvenience to affected tenants.
