Descriptions
A Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the manufacturing and/or supply of Threaded Ball Valves for use with natural gas. Applicant shall note that if they are appointed to the Framework Agreement, they will be required to supply either directly to the Gas Networks Ireland or at the Contracting Entity's sole discretion, to the Contracting Entity’s Agents or other authorised contractors on the same terms to the terms of the Framework Agreement. All Applicants to note; in order to pre-qualify they must be able to demonstrate that they can fulfil the requirements for Gas Networks Ireland for the specific lot/lots being applied for. It is envisaged that the scope of products and services of the initial Contract to be drawn-down under the Framework Agreement will be, but are not limited to the items listed in the table below; 1/2" Ball Valve threaded female female BSPT3/4" Ball Valve threaded female female BSPT1" Ball Valve threaded female female BSPT1& 1/2" Ball Valve threaded female female BSPT2" Ball Valve threaded female female BSPTLocking devices for ball valvesAngle Bodied threaded Ball Valve ¾” BSPTAngle Bodied threaded Ball Valve 1" BSPT - The requirements for the manufacture and/or supply of threaded ball valves under this Framework Agreement will include arrangements for delivery to GNI Stores located in Cork and Dublin or specified locations by the Contracting Entity’s Agents or other authorised contractors. Applicants should note that from time to time over the term of the Single-Party Framework Agreement, the Contracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without altering the overall nature of the Single-Party Framework Agreement, may require to modify the scope of the contract to reflect changes in threaded ball valve requirements, ancillary equipment and fitting requirements required for the operation and maintenance of GNI’s gas network and resulting from technology-driven innovation developments.
