Rotherham Borough Council are looking to appoint an experienced contractor to provide a designed, high impact, flowering annual meadow of flowers which will provide an increasing succession of flowering heights from June through to the first heavy frost. Details about the requirement are set out within the Tender Documentation. This detail will be used for evaluation purposes; however, the areas may be subject to change throughout the contract term.
