Conwy County Borough Council’s (the “Authority”) Public Transport Section wishes to appoint a supplier(s) to carry out a full review of its subsidised local bus services alongside a full local consultation process to advise future delivery of public transport services for the authority.The contract is due to start mid – end June 2017.
