A Process Evaluation of Communities First - The Next Phase

The Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, is commissioning a process evaluation of the current (2009-2012) phase of the Communities First Programme. The aim of the evaluation is to examine the suitability of the design, implementation and funding of the programme in enabling its aims and objectives to be met. There is an indicative budget of £60,000 for the evaluation and the contract is to last for 12 months from May 2010. Because of its nature, organisations with a contract with WAG to provide support services for the Communities First programme are precluded from bidding for this contract. The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liabilityPayment terms will be indicated in the contract documents. Tenders to be priced in Sterling.
