Type of Procedure: ‘Competitive Procedure with Negotiation’.Alstom Transport UK Limited (‘Alstom’) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to construct a purpose built transport and technology facility of 27 938 m² to include associated access, car parking, HGV parking, service yards, rail sidings, landscaping and associated engineering operations. The contract will include an option for the successful service provider to deliver facilities management services following practical completion of the construction works for a period of up to 10 years.Alstom reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.
