Accessible bike scheme at Tredegar Park Newport

Newport City Council is looking for a provider who can deliver an accessible bike scheme at Tredegar Park.The provider will be required to:1.Provide bikes that meets the disability needs of the community, this is to be determined by Newport City Council.2.a) The Council will purchase the bikes through the provider and will maintain ownership at the end of the schemeb) The provider supplies the bikes and maintain ownership at the end of the scheme3.The provider is required to maintain and service the bikes to standard.4.The provider must have appropriate public liability insurance to administer the scheme.5.The provider must provide his or her own staffing resource to operate this scheme for two days a week.
