Cadwyn Clwyd and Denbighshire Countryside Services are seeking to appoint an external consultant to carry out website and map drawing work. Aim To provide online accessible routes information suitable for some people with disabilities The basic planA series of pages of accessible routes and views will be available on our website www.denbighshirecounryside.org.uk. They will consist of a map which will be made interactive on-line to show roll-over information about the terrain and photos to illustrate what can be experienced on route.The online work will include the creation of;•An Introduction page ‘accessible things to do’ available with link to routes, audio trails and views and a section about ‘Green Tourism’.Individual pages to include•Introduction and unique selling point for each route- what makes them special/features that people can see from the route.•a site map with roll over images to illustrate specific details of route is stile, gates, change in gradient and features of the sites. (Basic clear map drawing - quote to be provided separately)•a fact box with approximate time/distance/ map. •textual description of route surfaceThe pages should be easy to view online and there must be a printable version that is equally clean in design and easy to read. The printable version should fit on 1 or 2 A4 sheets and work if printed in black and white or colour.•The content online and printable must comply with DDA Guidelines•Ability to have links on pages to other pages•Must be bilingual – Welsh and English•Have necessary logos/ statements. Below is a list of potential routes, audio trails and views, we will make the final decision and supply all images and text.
