The Welsh Government (Client) has been delivering “Accessing Business Finance” and “Raising Venture Capital” workshops to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) since January 2010 and the current contract will expire on the 31st of January 2012. The Client is seeking to engage with a quality provider or providers to update course materials and continue delivering the workshops from January through to March 2012. This tender opportunity is designed to refresh and update the current “Accessing Business Finance” and “Raising Venture Capital” workshop provision and supplement the online support delivered by Business.Wales.gov.uk and other support provided by relevant professional bodies, and networks of public and private business support across Wales. It seeks a Contractor to undertake the development, delivery and management of a series of interactive in-depth workshops, supported by appropriate current materials, focused on those businesses looking to grow and seeking development finance from the private and public sectors.
