Liverpool City Council was seeking to re-commission services for Teenage Parents in need of Supported Housing and Domestic Abuse Refuges for Women (and their children) fleeing domestic abuse. The procurement will be to re-commission: — The accommodation based support services for women with families and single women at risk of domestic abuse (Refuge provision); — Accommodation support for teenage parents; — All of the services will continue to be provided within the current accommodations which are provided by RSL's; — Accommodation based support services for women fleeing domestic abuse will be delivered in; — North Liverpool delivering 10 units; — South Liverpool delivering 11 units; — Central Liverpool delivering 6 units; — The Refuge provision in Central Liverpool will deliver a tailored refuge provision to meet the needs of women (and children) from BME communities; — Accommodation based support services for Teenage parents will be delivered in South Liverpool with a minimum of 5 units.
